Choo Choo

First off, Happy 19 Months to Teagan!
Today was another busy day for us. This morning Connie and Jim's long time friend of 40 plus years, Carolyn, came by to visit and see Teagan. She was so nice and brought a little gift to Teagan.
After Carolyn left, Connie and I took Teagan to Vasona Park, here in Los Gatos. This is the same park that James used to go to as a little boy. This is a wonderful park that has not only swings and sides but a carousal and a train to ride on. We did it all!

Here is Teagan getting his first look at the train, while Connie was getting us tickets for the carousal and train.

A look at the carousel.

Teagan sat (stood) with me.

He wasn't too sure.

Teagan was clinging to Grandma when he was unsure.

He was feeling better.

I think this is a cute photo of Teagan and his Grandma Connie.

A nice lady in the train car in front of us took our picture.

Do you see his truck?

I just love this picture.

California!

We Made it! After a long 12 hour drive we arrived in Los Gatos. Teagan did great! I was anticipating a total and complete meltdown about an hour out, but it never happened. Yeah Teagan! We got in about 4:30pm, so yes that means we left Portland at 4:15am. When we arrived it was hot, high 80's which we are not used to, and Teagan quickly discovered the garden hose. We are all doing just fine with many pictures to come.

Cooling off with Daddy.

Oh yeah what fun!

Ohh, it is cold!

Yippee, water!

After cooling off and changing, we went to pick Apricots from the trees.

A boy, his dog, and a beer!

Both boys looking.

James picking some, and gave one to Teagan to try.

Oh boy, fresh apricot off the tree!

Yummmm!
The next day Grandma Connie surprised us with a fun gift. A water table!

Here you go Grandma!

All done! Just adding water!

What a good job Teagan was doing, lifting the water can up and pouring the water in.
Next few photos contain nudity, you've been warned!

Back to playing!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with the Sullivan's. Connie made a wonderful turkey along with other delicious side dishes. Before all the guests joined us we captured a few cute moments.

"Got my nose!"

Grandma Connie, James and Teagan with great big smiles!

A quick picture of me and Teagan.

Do you see Teagan standing on his own?
He loves his new toy! He even tries to get on it himself.

James picked up the toy with Teagan on it and pretended to fly around the living room.

Birthday Gift from the Sullivan Grandparents

Teagan had fun opening up his gift from the Sullivan grandparents. Here is a video of the partial unwrapping of the gift, then pictures of the following events.

Hold onto me Daddy!
