Horsing Around

We started off the morning over at James' grandma Kathleen's house. We took Teagan down to see the horses at the stables below Grandma Kathleen's house. We brought down carrots to feed to the horses, but Teagan ended up having a little nibble of one too.Then he and I had a little lunch before going to meet Angie and Havanna at the park.

Haircut and Havanna

Sunday was our first full day down here in California and boy was it a hot one,a whopping 92 degrees! First off I gave Teagan a haircut. Have you ever tried to give a haircut to a moving target? Good thing Grandma Connie distracted Teagan with the hose while I was able to get down to it.
James spent the day with his best friend, Phil, flying. Phil has his private pilots licence and plane so the went flying for the day near Lake Thaoe. I was happy to have him back on solid ground. We then met up at Phil's house for dinner with his wife, Angie and daughter, Havanna. Teagan had a good time playing with someone his size Havanna, who is a year older than Teagan.

Crawling Baby

Teagan has been wanting to crawl for about a month now. He has been figuring it out. While James' best friend Phil and his wife, Angie ,and their daughter, Havanna, was here he finally did it and we caught it on tape.Now he really is up and moving, pulling himself up onto his feet while holding on to the couch or our legs.

"Ok, I'm excited to try!"

"Ohhh, this is harder then I thought..."

We put out a toy as a teaser to get him going. Havanna is tempted to get the toy herself, but Angie doesn't let her.
